Modular Reform Therapy (MRT)

What is MRT?
Managing a good health is no longer simple today. This is due to the stress of our hectic lifestyles as well as living in a polluted environment. The advancement of medical science has not always been able to provide a solution.

Maintaining good health is no longer about eating well, exercising and seeking cure when the need arises. Much more is needed to be done. It requires deep understanding of our body and its functions.

Good health is the optimum state of body functions that results in good sleep and excellent physical and mental performance. And, it also means being free from all diseases and semi-healthy conditions.

Due to the rise of various diseases in US which cost the nation trillions of dollars, triggered off the setting up of a Nutrient Investigation Committee in 1975. This Committee is to study the needs of the body to achieve good health. This move resulted in the Molecular Reform Therapy (MRT) concept.

MRT is a concept to healthy living based on the holistic study of human cell activities. It is a system of health management proven to work and has gained popularity in many developed countries.

MRT reiterates what our biological needs are, and the requirement of the 60 trillion cells or more in our body to promote healthy cell metabolism and, an efficient immune system to enjoy optimum health.

In studying cell activities and metabolisms, it has revealed that diseases are caused by insufficient supply of essential elements and nutrients. Therefore, the key to good health lies in rectifying this lack.

In 1997, the World Health Organisation (WHO) reported that out of a global total of 52.2 million deaths:

* 17.3 million were due to infectious and parasitic diseases (33.1%),
* 15.3 million were due to circulatory diseases (29.3%),
* 6.2 million were due to cancer (11.8%),
* 2.9 million were due to respiratory diseases (5.5%),
* 3.6 million were due to perinatal conditions (6.9%).

It is true that modern age has advanced at a supersonic speed but the problems that it brings are also manifold.

Most of us suffer from 6 unhealthy factors:
1) air pollution,
2) water contamination,
3) daily stress,
4) lack of exercise,
5) erratic lifestyles, and
6) an unbalanced diet.

Consequently, we become increasingly vulnerable to illnesses and diseases.

Many people think that no serious diseases or frequent illnesses mean good health. This is a gross misconception and a fallacy. According to a survey, less then 20% of the general public ever feel totally energised upon waking up in the morning.

Actually at best, people are only in "semi-healthy" condition. Symptoms like:
* Grow tired easily,
* Irritable and unable to concentrate,
* Dizziness and insomnia,
* Constant back and shoulder aches,
* Indigestions or poor appetite,
* Susceptible to common coughs, colds and flu.

These may not be serious illnesses but they are alarm signals by our body indicating an altered cell metabolism. Left unchecked and allow to deteriorate, these cells will become susceptible to infections and various other chronic health hazards.

Did you know that in every 20 seconds, a heart disease occurs and every 10 seconds a cancer fatality?

The Molecular Reform Therapy (MRT) is also known as Cell Reform Therapy (CRT).

"Molecular" means it involves all 60 trillion cells or more in our bodies. Cells in this context refer to:

  • Hard Cells - Bones, teeth, nails and hair.
  • Soft Cells - Skin, muscles and other organs.
  • Liquid Cells - Blood and hormones.

"Reform" refers to the reformation or rectification of abnormal cells to ensure a balanced nutrition. When our cells are healthy and functioning properly, blood production and circulation will be improved which directly contributes to a person's good health.

"Therapy" in this context implies that it is a drug-free method, a self health management regimen, and a form of effective preventive medicine.

Even Dr Linus Pauling from the US, a two-time winner of the Nobel Prize and the world's most influential advocate of Medical Science of Nutritional Therapy, once predicted that: "The nutritional approach of Molecular Reform Therapy is destined to become the mainstream of medical studies in the 21st Century."

A medical report once concluded that 99% of all diseases are somehow related to our body's inability to heal itself naturally.

After we know all about MRT and how it can help us, let me introduce you to e-Bio MRT.

e-Bio MRT advocates 4 steps to constantly nourish and revitalise our cells so as to help delay cell aging, reduce functional degeneration and offset health hazards brought on by environmental pollution and stressful lifestyles.

All 4 major steps advocated by MRT are:

* Step 1 - Detoxification (to remove wastes and toxins from the body)

* Step 2 - Increased Oxygen Intake (to enhance body metabolism)
* Step 3 - Balanced Nutrition (to supply the body with all essential nutrients)
* Step 4 - Health Regulation (to nourish and revitalise our cells)

All the above 4 cell essentials of MRT should be collectively observed to optimised our natural self-healing ability

Lack of any factors/ essentials >>> Altered cell metabolism >>> Diseases
MRT recommends a comprehensive range of food supplements that help promote each fundamental steps of MRT. To avoid metabolic disorders, it is essential that we master the techniques of the MRT as they cater to basic needs of our body cells. This will, in turn, reinforce our innate self-healing power while keeping infectious diseases at bay.
It must be stressed that all components of MRT are equally important as they work hand-in-hand to boost our immune system.

Remember, prevention is always better than cure. As e-Bio MRT is a self-managed therapy, YOU can be your own best doctor.

We know that e-Bio MRT also made use of the concept and came up with 4 Steps of Smart MRT;

1) Detoxification

2) Increased Oxygen Intake

3) Balanced Nutrition

4) Health Regulation

According to the World Health Organisation, colon cancer has been predicted to become the No.1 Killer of 21st century in developed countries. It is becoming clear that the main culprit of many chronic diseases is accumulation of wastes in the large intestine.

A research in Japan found that an average of 2.7 - 4.5kg (6 - 10Ibs) of stubborn stools in the intestines of people who show no sign of constipation.

It was further reported in the US that none of the 20,000 patients who had undergone surgery had a health intestine!

Any undigested food that cannot be absorbed by the human system ends up as toxic wastes. If not removed, these toxins can permeate our intestinal walls and subsequently, be reabsorbed into the blood capillaries that would eventually carry them to all parts of our bodies.

It is therefore important to detoxify your system and maintain a healthy digestive system.

A right step towards this goal is cleansing and removal of toxins from the colon.

Everyday, our bodies produce millions of new cells to replace those exhausted through metabolic processes. A huge oxygen supply is required to:
* Neutralize toxic substances in the body,
* Convert carcinogenic agents into harmless substances,
* Support the functions of vitamins,
* Combine with harmful hydrogen ion, a by-product of fat and carbohydrate metabolism, to be discharged from the body as sweat and urine.

Cause of oxygen deficiency
* Lack of nutrients for the production of red blood cells,
* Lack of exercise to enhance circulation of oxygen in the human body,
* Acidic Blood with high viscosity making red blood cells degenerate easily,
* Stress leading to contraction of arteries,
* Polluted environment.

Due to our busy and hectic lifestyle, cooped-up working environment and wide spread pollution rob us of adequate supply of quality oxygen, leave us susceptible to chronic conditions unless we turn to other aids to enhance our oxygen intake.

For the optimal functioning of human body, our daily food intake must have 46 types of essential nutrients, carbohydrates, fats, fibre and water. The various types of nutrients are closely related to one another and thus it is vital to ensure a balanced daily intake of all nutrients, as a lack in any type will adversely affect our health.

Dr Ragner Berg of US also recommended that in order to stay healthy, it is essential that our daily meals provide the proper proportion of 80% alkaline food and 20% acidic food.

Types of Acidic food - Meat, seafood, grains, egg yolk and etc (20%)
Types of Alkaline food - Fruits and vegetable, milk, algae, egg white and etc (80%)

The body fluid of Healthy People is slightly alkaline (pH 7.3 - 7.4)

The American Cancer Society reported that cancer deaths could be prevented because they result from disease linked to poor nutrition, physical inactivity, obesity and other factors related to lifestyle. It is therefore very obvious that proper nutrition will determine state of our health.

It is very important that we should have basic nutrition knowledge of balanced nutrients and their supplementary sources will help us manage our own health better.

Contrary to popular believe, chronic diseases are NOT part of ageing process. It can be prevented if health is managed well right from the start.

Functional degeneration frequently occurs when parts of our body have been neglected or not properly taken care of for some time. This is due to a long term inadequacy of nutrition, insufficient or low oxygen intake, or weak detoxification functions. Overeating, obesity and even over-exertion of our minds and bodies place excessive burdens on our organs, giving rise to diseases.

In addition regular intakes of processed and cooked food deplete our enzyme levels, therefore reducing our body's ability to digest and absorb the nutrients that we consume.

Health Regulating Series focuses on nourishing, invigorating and relieving the burden on specific parts of our body or specific health concerns. By targeting these problem areas in addition to taking overall care of our body, we enable our body to heal faster and regain the bloom of health.
